This service is intended for the sale of food/drinks to be consumed off the premises. It is the responsibility of the person ordering to ensure that food is suitable for the intended recipient(s) and that allergen information has been noted for any food allergies or food intolerances prior to ordering. Although every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, in a busy kitchen we can not completely guarantee against possible trace allergens from other products in use. Specific advice should be sought if necessary, prior to ordering.

Sgt Peppers has a minimum spend of £15 . Cancellation of your order needs to be called through 2 hours before your delivery / collection slot. Our email and social pages are not monitored for this service so will not be picked up. Call us on 01621 786500 for us to action this directly.

Refunds will be considered when Sgt Peppers is at fault – an integral ingredient or part of the order is missing. Sgt Peppers accepts no responsibility for items mis-ordered and no refunds will be made in this instance.

Alcohol can only can only be purchased alongside a minimum of £10 worth of food. On delivery, persons ordering alcohol will be asked to show a proof identification if they appear to look under the age of 25.
